We ask you to follow our instructions and the rules of Villa Graziana, in order to make the service we offer you as efficient, as possible.

We suggest you to communicate, in advance, your arrival time. In this way we will have the possibility to organize your reception and eventually the required services at the best.

We are available in every moment and for anything you need. Our staff is ready to welcome you for your check-in from 15:00 to 19:30. Late arrivals are subject to confirmation and availability by the hotel, for which an extra payment will be required.

Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m.

We will ask you the ID card/Passport, simply for your protection, your data will be inserted in the portal accommodated web (State Police) and SPOT Puglia, mandatory actions. We are sorry, but people without ID card/Passport are not admitted.

The provided documents will be destroyed after departure and will not be given to unauthorized third parties, or people who are not part of our team in any case.

We wont accept DRIVER’S LICENSE.

We make available the entire House for our guests, all common areas MUST BE RESPECTED AND KEPT CLEAN.

We try to respect the environment and we practice the garbage collection, following  calendar and rules communicated inside the House.

Smoking and introducing animals are forbidden because even if we love animals, we have to respect all our guests.Our staff is ready to welcome you for your check-in from 15:00 to 19:30.
